Arc of Prince George's County offers a lifetime of support, understanding, and opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.
Dream Corp. is the non-profit which launched PIPS (Parents of Ill or Pregnant Students). PGPIPS is a chapter of PIPS. It is established to afford individuals with developmental disabilities and/or special health care needs, their families and typically developing peers a mechanism to strive for and achieve their hopes and dreams.
Maryland 2-1-1(This hotline is staffed by professionals. It is for people in need and family members who are struggling with emotional issues. It also provides referrals to rental assistance, food banks, affordable housing resources, child care, after-school programs, elderly care, financial literacy and job training programs)
MarylandCAN is a branch of 50CAN: The 50-State Campaign for Achievement Now, a national network of state-level educational advocacy groups.
